WWICS Group: Visa Categories, Application Support and US Route Distinctions

WWICS Group offers support with visa and immigration matters across several countries. The supplied review focuses on the United States, including employment, education, investment and family purposes. Short visits and consultations concerning the visa lottery also appear in the list.

The category names describe different objectives, not interchangeable ways to acquire permanent residence. For readers in Nigeria, personal eligibility and current restrictions must also be distinguished from what a consultancy lists as a service. The company catalogue is not itself permission to enter.

The Nigerian applicant context

As checked on 4 November 2026, the State Department’s Proclamation 10998 guidance includes Nigeria in a partial suspension affecting B-1/B-2, F, M and J visas and immigrant visas, with exceptions. Its scope concerns people outside the US without a valid visa on the 1 January 2026 effective date. The existence of a service does not establish an exception.

E-2 has a different nationality issue: Nigeria’s reciprocity schedule states “No Treaty”. Nigerian citizenship alone therefore does not supply the qualifying treaty nationality for a principal E-2 investor. This is not a determination about a person with another citizenship or a dependent-family case.

What sits behind the category heading?

Subject Service named Distinction
Employment Considering work directions and preparing records A job offer does not meet every category’s requirements
Study Help concerning F-1 and M-1 Admission does not establish permanent residence
Investment Consultations on E-2 and EB-5 The categories do not share one legal outcome
Family Support based on a qualifying relationship Different relatives and sponsors can involve different categories
A short visit B-1/B-2 business or tourist matters A visit visa is not permanent immigration status

The original description groups work categories around an invitation from an American employer. That does not explain the conditions for each one. The review retains employment advice as a stated service rather than constructs a single set of rules from that phrase.

The family list likewise names marriage, relatives and reunification without a complete breakdown by applicant. It cannot provide a waiting period or evidence list for an unspecified household. The relationship and the relevant category need to be known first.

E-2 and EB-5 are different investment-related subjects

E-2 is a nonimmigrant classification and does not itself confer a green card. Treaty nationality is one part of its framework. EB-5 concerns immigrant investment, with its own requirements. Their difference is not simply the size of the investment.

A consultation about capital, permission for a temporary stay and permanent residence are different subjects. They do not form one guaranteed chain. A company can discuss both categories without that making both available to every person who enquires.

WWICS Group describes assistance with estimating costs and considering a basis. The supplied material does not identify investment amounts, assets or returns. No financial forecast or claim that a particular investment is safe is added here. The project’s economics and the migration decision remain distinct.

Tasks before and after submission

The list includes reviewing records, preparing for an interview, discussing costs, tracking available information and considering later status questions. Some actions take place before filing, while others arise during consideration or afterwards.

  1. Circumstances: connect the intended purpose with a possible direction and its supporting facts.
  2. Materials: examine the file and information in the forms.
  3. Interview preparation: explain the process in relation to the actual category and records.
  4. Information: communicate the available handling updates.
  5. Later matters: examine renewal or another application if that question arises.

Interview preparation is not the creation of invented answers. It concerns understanding the procedure and the applicant’s own evidence. The service description does not establish that a consultant can obtain a preferred decision regardless of the underlying circumstances.

A change of status inside the United States also cannot be promised as a universal replacement for departure and a new application. It appears as a consultation subject without the detailed basis and restrictions of an individual case. Its presence in the list is not an entitlement.

What would a cost discussion cover?

A study file, a family matter and an investment project involve different work. The country name alone therefore does not explain the budget. The description gives no common sum for all the services listed.

An estimate can separate the adviser charge, official payments, documentary work and expenses associated with the visit or move. Investment adds capital that is not the consultant’s fee. Those items are not supplied numerically in the reviewed material.

The distinction between costs already covered and later charges also matters to the scope. An amount described as being for a visa does not explain a whole project unless the actions are itemised. Cancellation calculations and charges for later applications are not set out here.

The wider country list

Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Singapore also appear, alongside European countries, Latin America and the Caribbean. Those last geographical labels contain several jurisdictions. They do not constitute one programme or one document list.

The material does not map every service to every country. The geography is therefore retained as the stated range of work without applying American category names to the other destinations. No shared processing period is inferred from the list.

Service information and evidence of client results

No personal reviews, dated histories or decision statistics are supplied. The material describes subjects and stages, not a comparable group of client outcomes. Statements about avoiding delays cannot consequently be treated as a measured service record.

The terms of a particular agreement, the practitioner’s professional position and the duration of the work are also not identified. Those gaps are not filled with invented cases or a general recommendation to use the company.

The separate guide to US immigration discusses categories and restrictions in a national context. Moving to Canada is explained in another article. Those guides distinguish the legal purpose from the support service described by WWICS Group; neither establishes the outcome of an unnamed client’s application.
