Customer review and moderation policy

This policy covers customer accounts quoted in articles and user submissions. Authenticity of an experience, identity of the author and accuracy of individual claims are separate questions.

Origin of an account

A quotation should identify its source, available date and context without changing the original meaning. An account on a recognised external platform does not become independently verified by this website merely through republication.

What may be confirmed

The label “verified” should explain what was checked. Evidence of an interaction may establish contact with a company without proving every claim. Circumstances not established independently should be attributed to the person reporting them.

Submission standards

  • Describe your own experience and separate it from assumptions.
  • Identify the period, service and relevant circumstances.
  • Do not publish passport information, payment credentials or other people’s personal details.
  • Do not submit threats, abuse, spam or advertising.

Moderation

User submissions may be moderated before publication. Duplicates, spam, private data and material that breaches these rules may be rejected. A negative assessment alone is not a reason for removal; a positive assessment alone is not a reason for automatic acceptance.

Disputes and corrections

The author of an account and the company may raise an error or provide an explanation. A substantive change to a quotation should retain clear attribution and context. Disputed statements must not be presented as court findings or official determinations without the corresponding source.
